Terrible and dirty
Dirty carpets, dirty toilet, twin bedroom instead of double, extremely hot and light on the toilet was broken

Per posizione, comfort , parcheggio,gentilezza del personale e qualita'- prezzo,ottimo albergo. Reduci da una notte nei pressi di Villach,abbiamo pernottato in una specie di hotel ,senza aria condizionata,vecchio e fatiscente.Costava esattamente i doppio.Non possiamo nominarlo perché indirizzati da amici. Mi sento di consigliare l' hotel Medno .Oltretutto è vicinissimo a Lubiana e gli operatori conoscono anche l' italiano.

I checked in for a few days and it looked ok at first. Had breakfast before leaving to my driving class till afternoon. Upon my return went to my room and it was turned upside down so I rushed to reception to alert them of my situation. Only to find out that they had booked another client into my room cos it’s had 2 single beds(twin room). Without alert me,asking me nor had I been told in advance that this was a possibility. So I decided to leave earlier but was slammed with a ( no refunds are given ) notice. Definitely a place I won’t be stepping foot on ever again considering the these events and the poor quality of the rooms. Shower in my room has no doors for instance and every time I shower the bathroom is soaking wet.

I have book this hotel online on my long car trip I arrive at the hotel around 22.00 o’clock there wasn’t anyone at reception I have tried to contact them by calling the number they write on the hotel website and window none answer the phone so I didn’t have chance to check in and I left the hotel.

Prendo una camera singola per una notte visto che ero di passaggio per lavoro. Televisione in camera che non funziona, phon inesistente e infine senza nessun asciugamano per asciugarmi e fare una doccia…posto da dimenticare assolutamente. Mi fermo qua sulla pulizia della camera!!!! A mai più
