Disrespectful staff, poor service, no towels in the bathroom. No slippers in the bathroom. Lots of noise in the hallways that can be heard in the rooms. No soap in the showers. No water heater, no fridge, no tea, coffee, or bottled water in the rooms.

Seven of us ate. Everyone got their food individually, and as soon as one person was finished, the next person got theirs. One person's Wiener schnitzel was served after four requests and over an hour! Even though there were only four other people in the restaurant besides our table! Absolutely not recommended unless you have nothing else planned for the day.

Maravilhosa, apesar da chuva consiguimos visitar todos o lugares planejados, o mais dificil foi subir o morro para participar da via sacra, posso dizer que foi a Via Sacra mais dificil, mas valeu a pena, depois voltado para o hotel chuveiro quentinho e quarto aquecido.
