On a parish pilgrimage and the hotel was great. Easy walking distance to the entire village/town and food was very nice. Bar service impeccable each evening and drinks very reasonably priced. What sets this hotel apart, from many I’ve stayed in across the world, was the staff. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Consistently went above and beyond. Anything you need help with, they’ll sort it.

The receptionists were so hospitable and cheerful; they helped out with everything we needed. The room service was consistent, cleaned the pillows and changed the bedsheets daily, thankful for that. The breakfast was limited, but still delicious, they were kind and before we went for our pilgrimage, they offered us to take a few fruits for the way. Truly an amazing experience and will 100% go there again if I go back to Medjugorje. Ps. There were such beautiful paintings in the reception, and a breathtaking view all around (we stayed on the 3rd floor).

We have stayed here many times, and it is one of my top destinations. We stay in the suites, which are separate houses, and are very comfortable. We have stayed in the other rooms before and again, it is great. The breakfast has improved and will suit all guests. The restaurant menu has been changed, and has less of the traditional dishes, pity the platter is gone, as it was a favourite of mine. The biggest change is the pool, being closed to day trippers and now only for hotel guests. This is a bold move and I think it is a brilliant decision. The pool is by far the best I have ever been in. It was always too busy, but now it is tranquil. Amazing place to come and stay. You will not regret it.

We stayed for 4 nights in October 2023. We booked a suite. It was huge. The price is only slightly higher than the regular room . The room was extremely clean , very nice and modern. It was in a quiet area. It is a 10 minute walk to St. James Church. The on site restaurant Al Dogi( for dinner) was only open to groups while we were there. As we were not part of a group we were unable to dine there. The breakfast was good. Catarina was very helpful at the front desk.

We only spent two nights in Medjugorje and we were so glad that we chose this hotel that is close to everythiing. Apparition Hill can be reached by going behind the hotel (rather than following the signs) - ask the staff about this way. Dragana and all of the staff were wonderful and very helpful. The Wifi was fast and we were able to use a table downstairs between meals for some business work we had to do. The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable.
