I booked a room with haram view, but they checked me in to the with city view, of course later they upgraded my room to the one I booked, but I think in this type of hotels this is one of the biggest mistakes. if exclude this, everything was good.

It is a bit pricy however it worth it, the hotel offers half board meal type, very close to al haram, very flexible and accepted our request for late check out free of charge

The food is excellent. The rooms are more than adequate and very well serviced. The only area for improvement: I need a taxi and was told to wait across the street with a hand gesture. And told to find mine own taxi. Normally in a 5 star hotel, the door person/ concierge calls the taxi and the taxi drives up to the entrance..

We celebrate my wife Birthday in Madinah with delicious Japanese Food. The Food is ecxellent and the service of Nazmul is making us very comfortable. He handle things with care. Highly recommended restaurant if you go to Madinah. Restaurant is Located in Hotel Oberoi Madinah

The food is absolutely great! Always something new every meal, 3x/day. The 'om ali' is the best! The fruit is fresh. Capt Aswan, Yasser, Kiyas, executive chef Abdul Aziz, Chef Ilyas are so warm, just like family. The ambience is wonderful. Best!

استمتعت جدا بالاقامة بفندق اوبروي المدينة وانصح به بشده ومن اكثر الاشياء اللي اعجبني المطعم وجودة الاكل واهم من ذلك تعامل طاقم المطعم خاصة مدير المطعم مستر كياس والكابتن محمود و ويتر محمد علي شكرا لكم من القلب ع حسن الاستقبال والاهتمام ونظافة الفندق رائعة وكذلك التجهيزات الخاصه لكل مقيم .

Ahmed obeid from Reservation Department Mr. Ilyas (chef) Captain Salam Kari Stewards Zajariya Ijaz Rami Sadat Tafazul Iqbal Mr. Kandoor Captain Salam KB. All of them are doing excellent service .

Excellent service. Kiyas, the foot and beverage manager looked after us, like royalty.. same experience with the breakfast team. The service was truly exceptional... I would highly recommend oberoi Madinah. We had a memorable 4 nights in Madinah
