I booked a room with haram view, but they checked me in to the with city view, of course later they upgraded my room to the one I booked, but I think in this type of hotels this is one of the biggest mistakes. if exclude this, everything was good.

It is a bit pricy however it worth it, the hotel offers half board meal type, very close to al haram, very flexible and accepted our request for late check out free of charge

Food was delicious and plating was beautiful. Very flavorful. Waiter nazmul islam was warm and kind and professional. The teppanyaki was so filling for one person. It had a soup, salad, some sushi and then the main course. I absolutely enjoyed it

I had a great time at Oberoi Madina. The restaurant staff deserved a special mention. Staff are very attentive and ready to be at service. Thank you to Mr Kiyas, Cap Murad & Aswan. I appreciate the kind and friendy service. When i am back again, i hope to see you guys!!

The hotel staff are very friendly helping with everting you need Oman and shahin are very friendly The Egyptian men in the food hall unfortunately I didn’t take his name he was treating us like a family very caring The room service are 10 out of 10
