I booked a room with haram view, but they checked me in to the with city view, of course later they upgraded my room to the one I booked, but I think in this type of hotels this is one of the biggest mistakes. if exclude this, everything was good.

It is a bit pricy however it worth it, the hotel offers half board meal type, very close to al haram, very flexible and accepted our request for late check out free of charge

Oberoi keeps up to its high and impeccable standards and meets all our expectation. Yasser, the Restaurant Manager and the team in the F&B outlet together with Shuib from the housekeeping team are the epitome of what service is all about. I give 10 out 10 for our stay in Oberoi.

The ballroom staff that attended to our needs during breakfast, lunch and dinner were amazing. Special shoutout to zakaria, murad and hussein who were very attentive and helpful. To zakaria, thank you for your awesome service, making us that special ginger beer with lemon and honey drink to help us with our sore throat. Also the specially prepared dishes of nan, dal and butter chicken on top of the buffet fare.. totally amazing service! Special thanks too to Mr Kiyas the banquet manager who was very responsive towards our feedback and was very kind in making sure we are comfortable and satisfied with the food and service. All in all it was a great stay at the Oberoi Madinah

Good services from Nazmul Islam, good food from Chef of Egypt (i forget his name) but all food is good and delicious. I will come again with all my family
