I booked a room with haram view, but they checked me in to the with city view, of course later they upgraded my room to the one I booked, but I think in this type of hotels this is one of the biggest mistakes. if exclude this, everything was good.

It is a bit pricy however it worth it, the hotel offers half board meal type, very close to al haram, very flexible and accepted our request for late check out free of charge

One of the most beautifully located hotels in Medina, right next to the Masjid al-Nabawi, within walking distance ***and a nice hotel with easy access.

What a fabulous experience. From check in to the room, to 3 full meals provided which were excellent, quality and tasty. The dining room staff exp Amro were fantastic. House keeping was efficient courteous and nothing was too small for them. One of the best hotel stays ever

One of the best services provided in the hotel, made our stay comfortable and made us feel at home. All staff especially dinning staff, Kantor and Kayas were amazing. The young boys in the dinning room were fabulous and know their job really well. I will highly recommend Oberoi for stay. Nasir & Farzeen Malik

Mohammed Kayas and his team know how to make their guests feel welcomed and attend to all their needs! The way they work during breakfast, lunch and dinner is truly praiseworthy. They’ll even go above and beyond to make sure that all your needs are fulfilled. They made my stay exceptionally special.

Food is excellent and services are more than excellent every thing is superb management is great especially Muhammad kiyas and all his team is doing fantastic job. Foood tastes good. Presentation excellent. Really liked it. Might come again.

Thank you to the staff for a memorable experience. From the dining staff to the housekeeping (Noman, Shahid, Rehman) on the 3rd floor room 335 ...thanks for your patience Will come back one day, God willing Also food was really good and very flexible with times to eat
