Hi,
Room service was really bad. Once I asked them to room service and he started arguing with me that I have to wash my cups myself. And the keep on ignoring my request for room service. Room
Smells soo bad. I would never recommend it to anyone.

The location is close to the Nabawi Mosque and shopping centers.
Indonesian food menu that is almost the same every day.
What was disturbing during our 4 days there, there were 3 days the fire alarm went off and I asked the front desk they seemed not to care and said it was a false alarm because someone was smoking, the elevator was also out for how long.
During the stay there was no room cleaning service
Hopefully the service can be improved in the future.

Hotel very close to Masjid Nabawi. Nearby gate is 338 .. The only downside of this hotel is the elevators and spacious room but cleanliness needs to be reviewed

Very small room and busy lift especially during sholat times.
just location is excellent, the rest facilities is not good compare the price that very expensive
don't have time to have breakfast since we must go to airport before fajr.

The hotel near from haram…especially for woman area. Service is good but the toilet smell makes me crazy😢
