Amazing sevice as always. Check in time was 4pm yet i got there at 12:15pm and the amazing woman on front desk allowed me to check in early. I woke up late because i went to riaz ul jannah at 2am and didnt sleep till 8ish in the morning. Woke up 12ish and checked out late again. Clean rooms. Best amenity is the water coolers. And how close it is to the prophets mosque. Nouf Alharbi you are a legend and jazakAllah khair for everything. Usman👍🏽

the hotel is within walking distance of the masjid nabawi, which we liked! I didn't think the hygiene was good, the room was not cleaned after we asked! Toilet paper was requested several times and not received. I found the beds on the Hogekant!
This hotel will not be repeated for me.

The location of the hotel to the Nabawi Mosque is very close. The room is suitable for bagpackers because the room is small and the space is narrow to open a large bag. Not suitable for large families. Small toilet. The waiting room lobby is comfortable and good. Good staff. Mr. Arab is not good in terms of PR. All Arabic people are not friendly. Pay and go. No need to talk much with them.
