At first, the room booked on the website did not correspond to reality at all. Not at all. Dirty floor, dirty chair... then we had to argue to get a room change... when they did, everything fell into place. Absolutely.
They gave us a nice clean room, with compensation for fruit plates 😍it was even awkward.

The hotel is in a very nice location which is very close to the haram. A 5 minutes walk and you would arrive to the gate.
