موقعهم ممتاز بس انت هتسكن بس خدمه تحت الصفر اقل حاجه غلايه شاي مش موجوده حتي لو طلبتها بتيجي من غير شاي وسكر التليفون في الغرفه زينه محدش بيرد عليك اخرك تخدم نفسك حتي المويه بتبقي في كولديرات بره الغرفه محدش بيرد عليك وبيسلكوا ليك وخلاص كان ممكن يبقي ليهم شان وتجربه مميزه اكتر من كدا بس للاسف هحاول الاقي بديل عنه

It 2 min walking distance to Haram. services and food are available nearby. the location was excellent. I booked my room as deluxe king room, but when i reach there i found it's 5 single beds which makes the room very crowding and no space to move. i complained but they didn't take action till the following day. they removed 2 beds and make another 2v as one double bed together with one single bed. it was not what i need but at least it give me space to move and pray. there's unpleasant smell in the room, maybe from the carpet. the toilet cleaning was average.

The word cleanliness does not exist in the hotel dictionary. Cleanliness level is zero. The sheets are not changed, there is a lot of hair. The internet is very weak. Rooms smell bad. The only advantage is the proximity to the Prophet’s Mosque. The price of accommodation is very high compared to the service

Very bad hotel. The only benefit is it’s next to alharam! But no wifi , dirty pillows and bed sheet the room it’s self is full of dust specially the curtains and I have never in my life seen a hotel without a wifi. If they would give me billion dollars I would never touch that hotel again
