Mysk Al Balad

This hotel provides very cheap customer service. They are money hungry and don't have manners. I booked a room for my family 8 months in advance after reading their amazing reviews and wanting to secure a room before they're gone. Then my travel plans changed so I contacted them to refund my $1728. They denied my request and decided to keep all of my money despite my several requests. Are they really worried they won't get guests in 8 months to replace us? How can they find it right to keep people's money without any rights? That's disgusting!

Staying at mysk touch al balad was a highlight of our recent umrah trip. The hotels location across gate 305 was ideal for my husband ( however it's a bit of a walk for women) . The staff were welcoming and attentive and our room was cleaned daily. A special shout out to the deputy manager who arranged a delicious cake for my daughter's birthday . Breakfast was excellent, with a variety on offer - mr sohail was very warm and welcoming , making sure that we were always comfortable. Great service from the entire team

You make a booking and your pay for it in advance at the hotel. You ask because it's Ramadam, is it including iftar or sehri. They say you can choose it's up to you. Either sehri or iftar. So we choose iftar. So on the day after fasting all day when we get to M floor where they serve the food our room number is not on the list. We go to the reception and all they do is laugh at you and say we made a mistake. You booking is soon only. They guy at the reception kept laughing at us and saying you made a booking for room only. If we made a booking for room only how would we know about the option of sehri or iftar. I kept saying I want to speak to the person who I booked with. But they wouldn't acknowledge anything I would say. They kept smiling and laughing. I was so angry and upset because I run a business too and the way they treated us was unacceptable.

The hotel service was very nice, especially the Bangladeshi people that work at the restaurant and room service. It made the experience very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel for any future stays. I would like to call out Sakib who was so helpful and kind to us during our stay.

Absolutely amazing staff working here. Very welcoming and caring. Our housekeepers Khakon and Hanif were incredible in making sure our rooms were clean and tidy working late in the evening to accommodate our needs as we were in and out of the room. Search hard working guys they are a credit to this hotel. The restaurant staff were absolutely superb always smiling working hard making sure all guests are looked after… the main man there Suhail is truly a gem and doing a fantastic job with his team. The reception staff and bellboys are very helpful too. Room service and any repairs are almost done immediately on request. Credit to the hotel for offering us free dinner whilst we were there we are truly appreciated of this. Thank you for everything and we hope to return to you soon God willing.
