The toilet room is quite small, but others than that everything is fine. The receptionist is helpful to help us book taxi to the haramain speed train at last minute. The staff there also helpful. Dobby service also good and satisfying. The only bad side is the location of hotel is really far away from masjid nabawi and all famous shopping mall or restaurants at Madinah. You need to walk more than 30 minutes to reach all the hot spot and it tiring! Not good for bring old parents.
