The rooms are clean and pleasant. There's a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, coffee cream and sugar. If so shampoo clean towels and the room looks really nice. Plus they have cable so you don't have to pay to watch anything if you like TV, with Spanish language channels too. You can rent movies etc. Pool is sparkly clean. Only problem is that they advertise a breakfast that does not exist. Coffee, sugar, and powder creamer is not breakfast folks. Stop misleading your customers. Take it off the road sign, take it off your online advertisement, and just say we have coffee in the morning that's fair.

Real attentive. Checked in real early in the morning and the front desk person still had a smile on their face, made me feel welcomed. Great value

Checking in on the app made it very easy for me . Staff. Is wonderful. Nice . Polite. I have many visits here . And spent a lot of money. But the ease of this is much worth it. Thank you so much I wish there was a way to get more rewards. I have many trips already. And need many more

Was here for 2 months dealing with medical recovery. The manager was accommodating for my needs . Was willing to work with my insurance to assure a recovery. Allowed me to stay in between insurance coverage to help . I would recommend this hotel for anyone in my position.

Check-in was smooth and the person at the desk was friendly. I didn't get a chance to check out the pool but it looked nice. The room itself left a lot to be desired, even for such a low price point. There were weird stains everywhere, including the shower walls, the bathroom door was falling apart, the sheets had stains and holes. The bed was uncomfortable and creaky. The floor probably needed to be mopped. Overall, I got what I paid for.

The hotel was clean, the staff was great, and the location is perfect for appointments at the Rouge Valley Medical Center, WINCO grocery store is just a five minute drive away. The rates were one of the cheapest in the Medford area.
