It's the worst hotel I've ever lived in, not one of them. Pilled sheets, no desk, no gym. The most terrible thing is that it is very noisy and I can't sleep. The steel structure sewer is crackling. I recorded a video but failed to upload it. Be sure to avoid pits.

Muy mal servicio en la recepción. Especialmente de la chica Luisa/Luciana . Muy poco criterio para solucionar. Dejo a mi madre fuera de la habitación al llegar por más que quería pagar la noche completa o dejar tarjeta de garantía. Realmente me impresionó la falta de servicio y mínima intención de solucionar.

La atención de todo el staff estuvo espectacular!!! Mayra (del restaurante The Up Garden) y Jhon (front desk) nos hicieron sentir como en casa!!! La comida deliciosa, la cama muy cómoda… tuvimos una experiencia increíble! Muchísimas gracias a todo el equipo!!!

Mayra es la mejor!!! Excelente servicio muy amable, great paloma. Great enviornment and music. Great patio and outdoor space. Definetley reccomend to come and check it out. Plants are green. Air is clean, great decor, front desk lady very nice.

Demasiado ruido, no pudimos dormir en toda la noche, nos hospedaron en la habitación que queda al lado del ascensor y se escucha absolutamente todo el ruido, pusimos la queja ya en la madrugada y nos cambiaron de cuarto e igualmente se escuchaba el ruido de cuando las otras habitaciones estaban bañando, la verdad, no lo recomiendo, en absoluto, esperaba una mejor experiencia

Had a great time at the hotel. Staff was superb and helpful. They speak both English and Spanish. The breakfast in the morning was great as well with new options each day. Would definitely stay here again.
