Very well appointed aparthotel with almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. Checking in was easy. They could not accommodate early check in but held bags until my apartment was ready. Very spacious and clean apartment with kitchenette, living space, bedroom, large bathroom and closet. The bed and pillows were very firm, could have been a little more softer. No cutlery provided in the kitchen. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with mostly paid bar items. The walk in shower only has a rain head attachment and not a handheld device which I did not find convenient. Most of the staff were very nice. The rooftop bar and pool area were cosy. Easy to get an uber to and from the Medellin hotspots. Overall, I had a good stay but a few things could be improved for an extra comfortable luxury experience. For the price, it was just okay value considering breakfast was not included.

The photos taken when booking were seriously inconsistent with the actual room. (The Ctrip photo shows an open kitchen, a sofa, and a spacious space)
After checking in, I felt cheated. The room was very small, there was no kitchen or sofa, the bed was only 0.8 meters wide, and it actually cost 1,250 yuan a night.
I booked a twin room, but when I checked in, I got a double room. After waiting for an hour, I came over and split it into a two-bed room.
The shower head actually fell off when I was taking a shower, which is incredible for a room worth more than a thousand yuan.

We stayed at this hotel on our first trip to Medellin, we had high expectations but we left disappointed, the rooms never have towels, you should always call to request, this is not a good thing for a hotel that is expensive, I always look at the reviews before going to a hotel and something in particular caught my attention, it is true that some people are behind you all the time to get you to write reviews in their name, this was really annoying, to the point of harassing us, I traveled with my son and this is an experience I do not want to have again, that tall dude at the lobby is really annoying, even calling my room to spell his name for me so I would write a review for him, well if you wanted a review here it is, the worst experience I've had traveling

Vnimos a Medellin al matrimonio de una nieta, estuvimos desde el 15 de julio disfrutando varios días conociendo toda la familia, que desde distintas ciudades nsuos dimos cita en este hotel. 32 personas hemos sido atendido como reyes, la simpatía, la rapidez de solucionar todos los problemas que pueda tener el viajero, como pedir un taxi, aconsejar un sitio para comprar o conocer, la calidad de su comida, ya sea en desayunos o comidas y la atencion de su personal es mejor que estar en casa.
