Diana, I want to thank you and the entire Lettera team for all your thoughtfulness. Edgar and our family have often commented on how beautiful, comfortable, and well-located the hotel is, but all of that would be in vain if it weren't for a star team that makes it shine. You are that team, and we are truly grateful for all the work and effort that each of you put into making us feel comfortable, always looking out for us, our children, and all of our wedding guests. Thanks to you, everything went wonderfully and without incident. From the first day to the last, we felt the love and care you put into everything you do. Just before leaving for the airport, the power went out, and everyone (even the women) helped us by walking up to the E floor to unload our nine super-heavy suitcases. Only a committed, coordinated, and effective team can do that. I congratulate you on your excellent leadership, the sense of belonging you demonstrate, and the high-quality service you provide.
