Again fellow TA reviewers here giving this hotel 4-5 stars do not really know what a 4-5 star hotel is. Take this review from someone whom traveled 180+ days per year. First the good: (1) fun neighborhood (2) Modern facilities Now the bad: (1) rooms ending in "04" like ours are interior and have windows to the corridor right to the atrium and to the elevator=extremely noisy. (2) breakfast is awful. (3) safe never worked. And the Ugly: (1) No hot water for two days. (2) no water pressure even when we had water on fifth floor (others in our group on 6th and 7th floor also had no water pressure). (3) incredible street noise in back of hotel all night So book knowing what you are getting.

Nice little hotel in the safe neighborhood.
The Good bits: Friendly, helpful staff. Nice rooftop restaurant. Good breakfast. Safe area with lots of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk (especially the restaurant opposite). About 15 minutes walk to the nearest Metro station.
The Not-so Good bits: the room (207) was a little sparse with no bedside lamps - just the main light - which made it quite bright and stark. Also, the bathroom was small and poorly designed (the light switch was behind the door, so you had to go in and close the door, then fumble around in the dark for the switch). The rooftop terrace was nice, but didn't open until 8pm. It would have been nice if it opened earlier.
We would probably stay here again if we ever returned to Medellin, but would ask for a different room and hope it might be better.

Review of Seven Inn-Medellin I would like to share a review of the Seven Inn. I just stayed there for 7 days. The hotel is clean, organized. The room was a little small but worked good for my needs. They have a bathroom attached that was very clean. In addition, I was happy with the staff, everyone was so courteous and helpful. Starting for Noralys and Yessica at the reception, Eliana-barist, Berenice-service, Edison-chef, Luisa at the breakfast, Nancy and the other person that cleaned my room (in Nancy’s days off). They were so polite and professional answering and doing everything right way. In addition they have a small hot tub and a sauna that you can schedule you time to enjoy. My experience was pleasant. The standard room was small but if you are traveling alone you can get by. Would recommend key cards do not show room numbers in the event of loss or stolen for security reasons.
