The room for 3 people is very nice, only the bathroom is very small but the rest is super nice. The spectacular view

Nice clean hotel. Far from the downtown action. Old & small elevators. Extremely narrow hallways. Paper thin walls. You hear everything outside your room, specially rowdy/noisy guests hollering at the wee hours in the night. Not reccomended for light sleepers.

El hotel es muy lindo, concepto pequeño, pero acogedor y tiene una excelente ubicación para restaurantes, supermercados y malls. Los recepcionistas son muy amables, te ayudan con lo que necesites y siempre tenían una sonrisa en el rostro. El desayuno es muy rico, pero si le pondría más variedad de opciones, ya que todos los días desayunábamos muy parecido. En general tuve una agradable experiencia y sin dudas volvería.

Hôtel très bien avec des chambres spacieuses et une belle vue sur Medellín. La piscine chauffée et le jacuzzi sont très appréciables après une journée de visites . Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié il y en a pour tous les goûts. Les repas du restaurant de l’hôtel sont excellents et le personnel très sympathique. MAIS nous avons eu une déception au moment du Check out qui ne nous permet pas de revenir pleinement comblés de cet hôtel. En effet, nous avons réservé avec Booking pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant de 5 ans (séjour gratuit pour l’enfant sans frais supplémentaires). Or au moment du Check out on nous a facturé 52€ pour un lit d’appoint (il y avait seulement 1 lit double dans la chambre à notre arrivée ).

Por su puesto, todo es susceptible a mejorías. Pero la experiencia fue muy agradable, sobre todo la atención del personal. He leído en otra reseña el hecho de que en recepción se hace un cuello de botella para el registro. En nuestro caso, siendo 11 personas, y teniendo todos los pasaportes y reservas a la mano, el acceso fue rápido. La ubicación en muy buena, en una zona tranquila y a 30 minutos del aeropuerto internacional José Córdova. Sin duda, me hospedaría allí otra vez. Gracias a todos por la atención.
