The hotel is nice and cosy! Rooms are well adjusted, can be sometimes noisy but overall ok.
I would recommend it because I liked the breakfast a lot and it is very very clean!
I would stay again.

Hotel fabuloso!
Es un excelente hotel, muy limpio, las camas y almohadas cómodas, la habitación y el baño son amplios y tiene secador de pelo.
Así mismo me gusto mucho el desayuno, es muy completo y generoso que incluye cereal con leche o yogurt, huevos al gusto, acompañantes como pan y arepa, jugo de naranja y bebida caliente, tambien la ubicación, ya que se encuentra en una zona segura, hay sitios de comidas en los alrededores y un mini market cerca del hotel.
Pero lo que más me encantó es que tiene unas terrazas donde se puede observar toda la ciudad y sobre todo la atención y amabilidad del personal.

Warning: Noisy and unprepared
We arrived after traveling 23 hours. We were very tired and just wanted to sleep. Our room was not ready. They tried to put us in a much smaller room even though we paid for a suite with a kitchen. It was after 3:30 pm when we arrived but we had to wait more than an hour before we finally got the correct room.
There was nothing in the kitchen to prepare food with or to eat off off. There were no glasses, plates, silverware, or pans. Nothing.
It was very noisy and the whole room shook through the night. There is a gym nearby where someone begins shouting and counting each morning before dawn for hours so we could not get a good sleep.
The breakfast area has no windows and is very dismal. While there are nice views, this is not a hotel I would recommend.
When it was time to leave, the taxi I requested through the front desk arrived 15 minutes early which was very stressful.
