Why?
The hotel's actual services are completely inconsistent with the label. They say they have executive lounge benefits, but it turns out the hotel doesn't even have a lounge, let alone executive. It's all about cheating, and every cheat counts.
The front desk basically doesn't speak English. At the same time, the hotel does not have a buffet breakfast, so it is nothing. You have to order whatever you want to eat. The style is relatively simple.
It was quite difficult to decorate the room. Many of the wall coverings fell off and the sealing was not good. The air conditioner doesn't heat either.
Ctrip was also speechless. Every day, I basically list all kinds of rubbish hotels without any on-the-spot inspection. I am also speechless.

Good place to stay. Service is cordial. Place is super clean. Not too close to many restaurants, but tons of delivery options available.

We had a great stay at this hotel and were very pleased with everyone. Liseth got us 2 rooms when Medellín was completely packed with fans attending 3 days of concert. All the employees were extremely courteous and professional including the Front Desk, breakfast room and housekeeping. Muchísimas gracias a todos por su excelente atención!!! the worst !
I booked a room with city view and when I arrived they gave me a room with the view of a big wall... It's clearly not what I call a city view;
I decided to ask them why I didnt get the room I paid for and they told me there is not availability which was a lie because they offer me the city view room the next day at morning.
Check out is at 1pm and check in at 3pm. It's mean that the room was always available, if not, how they could give it to me at 7am ?
Breakfast is very so so, not much choice.
No hot water !
And the staff was very rude ! they dont even say hello when you enter in the hotel, too busy playing with phones and chatting...
I think they need a more profesionnal training...
Next time I will not go to this hotel and I recommend you to find something better if you dont want to ruin your trip.

Great stay!
I really enjoyed this hotel and the quality of of service was overall good! The window view was awesome and the prices in the minibar was excellent! The hotel is close
To the Santa Fe Mall and many attractions in the El Poblado area. The breakfast was amazing as well.

Great hotel
Amazing hotel, good location. Close to the downtown area, but far enough away to be very quiet. It is now my preferred place to stay when in Medellin.
