Este Hotel no recomiendo porque en la recepción no son amables. Se escucha todo en el hotel, personal de limpieza y del desayuno literal gritan y se escucha todo. No volveré con ellos.

Lovely hotel in trendy El Poblado
I arrive shortly after 1pm and Santiago was very accommodating and allowed me to do an earlier check-in. He went out of his way to give me information about the city and nearby restaurants. El Poblado is an excellent area to stay and the hotel breakfast was lovely!
