Since the original room was too noisy and had poor soundproofing, we voluntarily changed to a smaller room, but the overall experience was not very good, and we had to pay $11 for another room card.

Good hotel with some downsides.
+ Location is amazing
+ Hotel is pretty
+ Staff super friendly
+ Small hotel (~max 10 rooms)
+/- good but small breakfast
- Extremely loud, doors and walls are super thin, you can hear everything outside your room. In the first night we had a room directly in the lobby, it was so loud that we asked for a change in rooms. This was gladly accommodated; however, the next room was also loud (although not as much)
- To get in and out of the hotel you need staff sitting at the reception, but during the night you have to ring a bell which is super loud and wakes up the whole hotel
- Some rooms don’t have proper windows

Firstly, Laura (front desk) and Tatiana (housekeeping) were THE MOST helpful and kind folks to meet. The rooms are a bit on the small side, and yes, there is a bit of an open-ness to the bathroom, but the location, staff and adjoining cafe more than make up for that. Close to everything, and in a very safe neighborhood, this boutique hotel is a place to relax, and figure out whaere you'll be going to next. To reiterate, the staff are AMAZING!!! They will help you figure things out.

Hôtel sympa. Les + -jolie déco -petit dej sympa (pas copieux mais sympa, système à la carte) -personnel gentil Les - -nous sommes arrivés un jour de panne de wifi, pas pratique.. -la porte de la chambre est translucide et j’ai donc été demander à 1h du matin d’éteindre la lumière dans le couloir….ce qui devrait être logique… -les finitions sont à revoir.. -la chambre est MINUSCULE, pas de place pour défaire une valise
