Wellcomm Spa & Hotel

Very nice hotel

It is a new hotel (supposedly 5 stars) but... basic things do not work like the bathroom light, which is a very modern control (the lights are all with a control that varies the intensity etc.. but many already have the letters erased) indicating its function) We changed rooms...in this room the opening of an upper closet did not work (totally necessary since we are traveling for a long time and we have luggage 🧳🧳) We had breakfast included but due to the different tours we were only able to have breakfast on the first day... and they told us that they did not prepare takeaway. If we add to that that there was no refrigerator, nor to prepare coffee or tea in the room... very disappointing I had to request a shower cap since this is rain...(They thought it was strange 🤦🏼) also a glass 🥛 that I ordered for the bathroom and....it never arrived There are no windows for ventilation... a lot of smell of food reaches the entrance of the room from the hall and there is noise at night from the bars next door and the road... I think they have to greatly improve customer service and provide minimum services for a category not just 5 but even 3 stars... (the safes they told us were not yet in operation. They didn't make the room for us... one day, I don't know the reason. I would never recommend it The only good thing was the bed, which was very comfortable.

Me encantó el hotel! El ambiente, la ubicación y las habitaciones son ideales para el descanso y la diversión en la ciudad. Agradecer en especial a José EL Host♡ por su atención y recomendaciones.

Quedé encantado no solo con la ubicación del hotel, sino también con todo el personal del mismo y el estilo del lugar. Tiene mucha vegetación, un restaurante muy lindo en el último piso y una cafetería en la entrada que está muy bien atendida. La habitación se adaptó perfectamente a lo que necesitábamos para descansar. Sin duda, una experiencia muy agradable.

Queridos viajeros: Mi esposa y yo fuimos a Medellín y realmente la disfrutamos plenamente. El Poblado fué elegido por su seguridad y variedad al turista. Siendo el Metro el transporte perfecto, escogimos el Hotel Wellcomm por su cercanía a la estación, por el precio y como lucían sus fotos. Y vaya grata sorpresa ! Rafael, José y Jury fueron estupendos anfitriones que excedieron sus funciones, mostrando lo mejor del gentilicio del paisa. El hotel nos atrapó para no sólo dormir y salir a turistear... La cama y la lencería con calidad de Crucero, nos durmió en un placentero sueño que nos mantuvo más tiempo en cama... El poder crear nuestro "ambiente", con sus juego de luces, nos conminaba a la calma ó a la energía según quisiéramos... La ducha estilo europeo, alargaba el tiempo de disfrute del baño... José nos sorprendió con pétalos de rosas sólo por saber que estábamos celebrando nuestra estadía sin hijos... El hotel: Relax en la habitación y rumba en la terraza: Tremenda combinación !... Los desayunos: Wow, de lujo y está incluído !! Rafael II y Fabián excelente atención en la comida y qué café !... Y al final de nuestra estancia, a las 5 de la mañana Rafael salió fuera del Hotel para acompañarnos hasta tomar nuestro taxi rumbo de vuelta a casa. Gracias a todos, quedamos enamorados de Medellín y de Wellcomm Hotel & Spa. Esperamos volver y disfrutar lo que no conocimos de la ciudad y del spa, y volver a vivir está experiencia inolvidable !!!
