I was quite satisfied with everything else, whether it was the decoration or the service attitude. The only downside was the lack of disposable toiletries, especially disposable slippers.

Recomendamos el hotel por 2 motivos dificiles de replicar: 1. La excelente cultura de servicio del personal. Desde quienes reciben tus maletas, arreglan la TV o te atienden en recepción. Todo el mundo sabe tu nombre, el motivo de tu estancia y tus necesidades especiales. 2. Anoche cenamos en el restaurante abajo en el hotel. La comida está increíble. Es un concepto de denominación de origen controlado (DOC). Todos los ingredientes son Colombia según la temporada. Esencialmente hay una burrata, ceviche, pollo, pescado, cochino, pato, cordero mariscos. La receta varía según la temporada. Los platos tienen matices de sabores que integran salado, dulce, crujiente, suave, picante, acido, es decir un poco de todo. Se los recomiendo para los que busquen una experiencia culinaria memorable.

Me robaron dinero en la habitación :( :( Mi recomendación, que todo lo de valor se quede en la caja fuerte, ya que no se hacen responsables. O al menos no al momento. Dejé un monedero con dinero de mi país de origen y el día que me iba, me di cuenta que ya no estaba. Salí del hotel súper molesta.

Tuve la penosa situación de haber sufrido un robo en la habitación, y al quejarme con la gerente, lo único que me dijo es que ellos no se hacen responsables ya que todo lo de valor, debe quedar resguardado en la caja fuerte. Por lo tanto, no recomiendo para NADA el hotel. Cómo es posible que roben dinero cuando uno no está?
