Most improved hotel. Stayed here 4 years ago. Bad service all over the place. Now the service in restaurants, housekeeping, reception is top notch. I can only recommend this hotel. Breakfast fully stacked and lounge is super. Gym is big. Nothing wrong here

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the incredible service and genuine kindness of the entire team. You can feel – always a smile, always helpful, always going the extra mile. A very special thank you to Felipe, Adonis, Andres, and Brandon. These guys are truly the “heart” and soul of the hotel. You constantly see them working hard, often extra hours, always with the same energy and positivity. It’s digno de admiración y respeto – worthy of admiration and respect. Andres, your cocktails were hands down the best – thank you for your kindness and for making every moment at the bar memorable. We enjoyed a lot. Felipe and Adonis, my respect, you guys were amazing, you did the extra mile to make us feel great and like at home. Thanks guys, you work hard. You deserve the best. My husband enjoyed the service too. This team turned a great vacation into an unforgettable experience. Thank you all for making us feel at home. We’ll definitely be back!

The hotel is beautiful, the Sunday brunch is delicious, they have a high turnover of employees and that's not so good because you always want to see familiar faces, regardless it is one of the best hotels in Medellin

Es un muy buen hotel en El Poblado, la atención es muy buena, en especial Juan David en el front desk es muy amable y Mateo en el lounge resuelve cualquier duda que se pueda tener y tambien es amable, las habitaciones son espaciosas, las camas son muy cómodas, el desayuno es muy completo con opciones de comida Colombiana, tal vez podrían incluir mas opciones de comida en el lounge por la noche y que esten disponibles los snacks hasta las 8:30pm. En general todo estuvo muy bien y sin duda regresaría!

Stayed here at least four times management needs to up its game right now. The hallways have not been vacuumed for days. There are repairs needed in many little small details all around the hotel. The gym floor was filthy dirty it is slipping and hence why it has a four-star rating. The actual property in the location are excellent and the food for breakfast is still at a high standard, but if it doesn’t start to get changed soon, you’re not gonna keep your clientele

Five business partners and I visited the Marriott hotel in Medellín in 2024, I can guarantee that the service was great and the accommodations were good. We don't have a negative comment for this establishment since our experience was great. Top 3 hotels to stay in Medellín.

We were here for 3 days- beautiful hotel, great service, wonderful spa . We had a beautiful room with a very comfortable bed and nice amenities. The pool is on the 4th floor. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Very good location. Ubers were very reasonable and always there quickly. The staff was very sweet and willing to help out. I loved the little sack of coffee candies they gave us on checking out.

Excellent hôtel overall Pros Excellent check in experience with Jonathan. He really made a great first impression. Clean hotel Descent gym Quality food Good location Great spa Cons Would be good to have more weights at the gym (heavier ones) No discount at restaurants for BonVoy Titanium Elite or Ambassador members which is bizarre.
