Landmark Hotel

Good location and great staff!

The hotel was amazing!! We stayed in the queen deluxe, and it met all of our needs. There isn't much walking space but that was ok. Pro: Mini fridge- fit wine bottles, drinks and leftovers. Good size! Water filter with fresh water Free laundry & detergent The white noise machine Blackout curtains Discount card at check in Security Location was within walking distance of great restaurants Con: Hot tub could be warmer One more chair on the balcony would be nice Amazing hotel. Staff very friendly, they helped with a 10 year anniversary surprise.

The Landmark is situated in the quieter part of El Poblado, away from the rowdy bar and club scene. The area is relatively quiet with a number of good restaurants within 300 metres of the hotel. It’s very safe, you can stroll around after dark with zero concerns, it is also a 10 minute walk from the metro. My initial impression of the Landmark was how well designed the hotel and the rooms are. We had a superior room which was not huge but was extremely comfortable and well fitted. The room was very quiet, a good nights sleep guaranteed. There is a small gym which I used, they are thoughtful enough to supply towels and provide a cool water fountain. Breakfast is not included but the Smash cafe that is located in the hotel was absolutely brilliant for this. Do not try the other cafe in the hotel (cannot remember the name), the staff were hapless and appeared more interested in talking to each other instead of serving customers. The hotel staff were all very professional and engaging. The hotel represented great value for money, our stay was first class.

We fell in love with this hotel. the location is perfect. You don't hear all the loud music from the party area. But if you would like to party it's only a few blocks away. The coffee bar down stairs had delicious drinks. The laundry place next to it was super convenient. We will definitely stay here away. The vibe was very boho-chic.
