Medellín Marquee at El Poblado - Excellent location and service. Breakfast and rooftop lounge are not to be missed. Top restaurants and nightclubs are at walking distance. Special shout-out to David at the lobby who helped us a great deal.

+ Dieses Boutique Hotel liegt an sehr zentraler guter Lage in Medellin. Innerhalb von wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man viele gute Restaurants. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten erreicht man mit dem Auto innerhalb normaler Fahrzeit. Das Hotel ist sicher neueren Datums und ist modern/modisch/stilvoll eingereicht. Die Zimmer sind kompakt, aber clever eingerichtet - so dass man sehr viel nutzbare Fläche erhält. Alles ist sehr sauber und gut unterhalten. Das Frühstück war speziell, aber gut. Das Personal allgemein sehr freundlich. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist aus meiner Sicht fair. Ich würde durchaus wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten. - Nachteil an dieser Lage am Park ist, dass man durch das aktive Nachtleben die ganze Nacht mit etwas Musik und Geräuschen konfrontiert wird. Je weiter oben im Hotel, sicher desto besser.

Non eravamo ospiti dell’hotel ma abbiamo potuto usufruire del rooftop perché quello dove alloggiavamo noi a pochi passi era in ristrutturazione. Ci è piaciuto tantissimo, staff super, top view, buonissimi i cocktails, tutti stragentili e parlano perfettamente inglese (cosa non scontata in Colombia)

Super bien placé à elle poblado avec le parc lleras à 20 mètres Hôtel super classe avec de très belle finition Rétroprojecteur dans les chambres avec netflix et compagnie Chambre super propre et design Piscine sur le toit Personnel super sympa Restaurant très bon également pour prendre des forces avant une journée de visite ( pas de buffets petit déjeuner à la carte ) j’ai été surpris mais c’est très bon et suffisant Déjeuner et dîner également très correct Bon après le bruit de la musique jusqu’à à 4:00 du mat oui mais y’a des boules quies donc super d’y avoir penser sinon faut changer de quartier Seul point négatif pas de fenêtre dans les chambres ou de balcon C’est bien dommage A faire à El poblado

AVOID - WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I paid a lot of money for a penthouse room to have a nice experience but was the nightmare the worst hotel staff. I must say in my world travels all over the world in some of the best hotels. This was a huge let down. The FRONT DESK staff was horrible the lady manager was rude she doesn’t belong in hospitality industry. All Front desk staff was rude and worst service. I must say the restaurant and rooftop were amazing. Rooms are nice very nice WISH THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS NICER. Avoid this hotel at all cost also the location is horrible loud music blasting all day long and noise level is brutal.

Es un hotel muy bonito en medio del Parque lleras es un hotel para parejas jóvenes, no se recomienda ir con niños. Esta en medio de la zona de bares, discoteca, restaurantes, con mucho ruido durante el día y la noche, al lado en el segundo piso hay una discoteca que no te deja dormir especialmente los fines de semana. Mi experiencia en el lugar no fue tan buena, todos los días tienes las mismas opciones para el desayuno incluido en tu reserva, para el día de mi cumpleaños lo pedí por medio de Room service y fue la peor decisión todo llegó frío, llegó algo diferente a lo que había ordenado, pedí el favor que mi gestionarán una torta pequeña o un brownie para mi cumpleaños y no fue posible. El día del check in me dieron una habitación y me dijeron que a mitad de la estadía me iban a cambiar de habitación, había reservado una con tina y el día del cambio me iban a dar una habitación más pequeña y sin tina o sea algo diferente a lo que había reservado. No había un manager para hablar con el todo fue con los recepcionistas, cabe resaltar la labor de Miguel que fue muy amable y nos ayudó en todo momento. Las habitaciones no están dotadas con teléfono, todas las solicitudes son a través de WhatsApp y tampoco tienen sistema de televisión por cable local, ni nacional.

This review is for Abbiocco the restaurant. I’m currently staying at the hotel and my friend and I decided to have lunch there when we arrived. I’m vegan and there are two options on the menu which is fine, I typically don’t expect many options. However, they have pizza on the menu and I asked if they can not include cheese they came back and said no. I asked if it’s pre made they said no. I find it extremely odd that a hotel restaurant won’t make a minor customization to remove cheese. We had dinner reservations scheduled for the following day and decided to cancel it because of this. It’s very off putting especially since majority of restaurants accommodate a minor change as this. And now they lost two guests for the restaurant.

A really fab hotel but bring good earplugs as not sound proofed and you can hear all the loud bars. Great position but you won´t sleep that well!! Nice staff, lovely rooms and elegant. Lovely sheets and bed
