Motel Venus Madrid Norte

La limpieza escasa por no decir nula. La cama de agua sin poder usar por la funda que tenía muy sucia ajada y con agujeros. El albornoz con una raja enorme por detrás. Por el dinero que pagas no merece la pena. Terraza de piscina muy descuidada con falta de baldosas. No volvería ni lo aconsejo.

Experiencia muy buena, todo muy limpio excepto el suelo que haría falta barrer, pero todo lo demás maravilloso. La cama muy cómoda con 4 almohadas, el sillón tantra es espectacular y la bañera hidromasaje y el baño muy limpios. La atención del personal del hotel muy buena, siendo todos muy amables. Repetiremos seguro pero insisto en lo del suelo. Totalmente recomendable.

Dirty garage, dirty room, dirty toilet and the jacuzzi we didn't even talk about, the hotel workers walking through the hallways with music and talking loudly, they didn't give me the option to change the milk for breakfast for a juice since I don't drink milk, either. Could you order tomato toast since they didn't have tomato, in a hotel? Oh really? What a place, I won't go back even if they give it to me, if we ended up there it was because there was no room in the loob, next time we'd rather go to a normal hotel than to this place that isn't worth a single euro of everything you pay and that no one cleans, I left disgusted, a shame.

This past January 12th I had a reservation in the Futuristic Master Suite to celebrate my anniversary with my partner. A regrettable experience and treatment. IF YOU ARE GOING TO PAY FOR THIS SUITE DON'T EVER DO IT. As I went up the stairs with my partner that you access from the garage, I found muffins on the stairs and dirt, and well, I thought that by chance they had happened to look at the stairs and clean it and I didn't want to give it any importance. As we settled into the room I was super disappointed for having spent that money on something that in these times was not EVEN SANITIZED! Along with this I FOUND: - Hair and dirt under the bed and on the sides from previous guests. - 2 candy wrappers on the same floor in plain sight - the walls dirty with lipstick stains and splashes with who knows what that was all about. - the window blind when you lower it signed with lipstick graffiti and written things - the bathroom with traces of foreign feces in the bowl splashed inside - the sink as soon as you had the water filled up because it was clogged and gave off a nauseating smell, ME I HAD TO BRUSH MY TEETH WHERE PEOPLE CLEAN THEIR ASS so I couldn't stand the smell and so the water wouldn't overflow -My partner went to put on his bathrobe and it had brown stains and foreign hair, and it seemed to be washed (namely What a shape), we ordered another one, and also with stains - 2 projectors with cobwebs pointing nowhere and they didn't even work, completely useless - The lights in the room THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE ALL THE SUPER FUTURISTIC THINGS IT HAS!! Well, THEY weren't even WORKING correctly and some parts of the LED strips were BLOWN - I went out to the pool area and the Turkish bath, etc., and the bathroom door was off the hook, rubbing against the glass with the floor, with the danger that this would pose if it were to break. It broke, and if you didn't pull up with all your strength to put the glass in its place, forget about opening and closing it.
