Graham was a wonderful host, and so kind and welcoming, even when we drove into Street for a takeaway, he provided us with plates. and a table to eat it on, the room, Arthur wing, was spotless and clean, though it was very warm inside, and i could not understand where the heat was coming from, the cooling air fans helped, the noisy bathroom door could use some oil! The breakfast was on a large plate and well presented, the sausage needs to be changed to a plain pork example, the rather overcooked sausage , i think was a pungent pork and apple? otherwise all well cooked, and lovely toast and home made jam, the fruit juice is very good quality, the fresh fruit muesli , and yoghurt bowl was absolutely delightful, we would stay here again, but this fine old Manor house is the only delight in this Hamlet.
