Advantages: tatami mats are very comfortable The owner is very nice Close to the station Disadvantages: There is a road outside the window of the room, and the old-fashioned house is not soundproof. The sound of cars is very noisy since 5 o'clock in the morning. Many hotels in Japan are calculated by head.
