We had a terrific stay at The Compass -- comfortable bed, great hot water and water pressure in the shower. You can tell the business owners are truly trying to make each stay absolutely perfect. Can't beat the location as basically everything on Third Street is a 5-minute walk. The pastries from Alea are an incredibly nice touch to wake up to in the morning!

We were doing a quick trip to Oregon wine country from Arizona for our anniversary and were looking for a cozy but elevated place to stay and found it in the Compass! Check in and check out were super easy and the hosts were very welcoming. Great room with a very comfortable bed, all the comforts we needed and that bathroom was incredible! Plus the property features cozy common spaces on the ground floor and a fire pit in the backyard. We will definitely be back on our next trip to the Willamette Valley!

5 stars! Truly a stunning historic home converted to be 5 rooms with some quaint shared spaces. We stayed in a suite with a massive tub, a bed so cozy I could have spent all day there and such amazing touches that made this an incredibly special trip. The pastries on Saturday and Sunday morning were some of the best I have ever had! We were a 5 minute walk to great tasting rooms and we just couldn’t have had a more perfect time!! Cant wait to come back!

My family had an incredible stay at The Compass McMinville. This beautiful Inn exceeded our expectations! The ambiance is so warm and welcoming. I really like the ease of walking in with the code and immediately enjoying a glass of amazing Williamette Valley exceptional wine! The conversation room is so comfortable and our adult kids loved the upscale 5 star accommodations. The rooms are stylish and bathrooms are stunning with all the eco friendly amenities. The vibe of this hidden gem is so cool. The town is close with outstanding restaurants, trendy bars and adorable shops. I highly recommend this Inn and am so excited to share it with my girlfriends in our next “advinture”!
