Overall my husband and I were going to a party for my coworkers for the Holidays. Realized how far the drive was from Dallas, TX and knew alcohol would be involved. This room was perfect for the commute. We had everything we needed and the bed was super comfortable. I could have stayed all day. Friendly staff, had 2 room keys, WiFi, breakfast.

#positive #I was happy with the Hotel Smell, Room Layout, Nearby Restaurants, Natural Light in the Room, Soundproofing; Everything is good. There are many Chinese restaurants within driving distance. The front desk is warm and hospitable.

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever been to. I am not exaggerating but being very honest. The building was very old. I understand this location is pet friendly but it should not look like a truck stop. As soon as you walked into the lobby ALL the furniture was visibly soiled. The 1st floor ice machine area had a hole in the ceiling and it was leaking. The carpeting in the common areas also visibly soiled and torn. The cafe/dining area was dirty, there was food on the floor from breakfast and I checked in after 4pm. My bedding was soiled, mattress pad and pillows. Bathroom dirty with hair on toilet seat, shower and the bathroom floor. Both the micro wave and refrigerator dirty and malodorous. I think as hard working people when you are paying for something you should feel comfortable.

This place was a DUMP. Front staff was only occasionally available, the room was poorly serviced (including missing light bulbs), the TV was non-functional, and most important there were BUGS IN THE BED. We brought this up to the front desk clerk (when we finally found him) and he had NOTHING TO SAY. No offer for a replacement room or a refund. Obviously we couldn’t stay. The next day the manager Dustin refused to do anything about this either, first accusing us of lying until we produced a video. THEN he did nothing but give us a contemptuous look, much like you would see on a prepubescent teenager. We did report them to the county health department…choose carefully as this place supposedly serves breakfast…and bugs NEVER travel solo.

The floors leading to my room were not just dirty but they looked like they have not been cleaned in a while ,the elevator looked like it was run into with the baggage cart more than once, the place seemed more like an extended stay. I happen to be there on the night the special Olympics were in town and while that's fine , the manager booked them on the 4th floor, no sleep till Brooklyn literally. yes the rooms were clean and yes it was a place to lay my head for a reasonable price. enjoy your stay!!!
