OMG! This hotel is the BEST! Yes, it is not a 5 star, but I was blown away by the care and hospitality radiated by Tiffany and Jessica. The hotel is new ( or redone), sleek, clean, orderly. Problems are expeditiously eliminated. I came to have a fun weekend in Dallas for the Texas/ OU /Texas State Fair. This hotel and staff made it special. Hook 'Em!

I don’t know where to begin, but this hotel is SO dirty and is falling apart. On top of the missing floorboard, the cabinets falling off of the wall, the sink literally falling inside of the counters, there was an actual ROACH on our food after leaving it out for only 10 minutes while putting our children to bed. I’m not sure how this can be called a Marriott. Needless to say we checked out early and are going to stay somewhere else for our remaining 2 nights in Dallas. I’m not sure how this place has such glowing reviews other than AI generated false reviews.

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were very friendly. A couple of things to know. We stayed in a studio suite on the fourth floor. The coffee maker cord was too short and had to be placed precariously in order to get it to work. The TV was unwatchable as there was a weird glare no matter how many lights were turned on or off and the contrast made it too dark. The water was way too hot I scolded myself twice. The breakfast is what you would expect for a complimentary continental breakfast. I did like the spinach and Swiss quiche I had it twice. Please note that this is also next to a fire station so take that into consideration for the noise level. Again the staff was lovely and the hotel was very clean

The hotel was confortable. the brakfast was great complaments to the chef . I was apart of The trinidad group kirray always had a welcoming smile and very helpful 10 out of 10 i'll stay here a million times more whenever I visit Texas thanks for the hospitality.

I've been visiting this location for about 7 months now. Each time I come whether it's evening or late night I'm greeted with professionalism. KIRRAY makes sure I'm in a room close to the elevators, because I travel solo at times. She goes above her scope of work and walks me up to the room to make sure it's ok. I really love coming to this location. I feel at home.

Amazing service from the staff Ariayah (not sure if I got her name right) and Jessica was above and beyond for making sure me and my kids are well taken care of. Brian was excellent. Definitely recommended and will be going back there soon. Overall hotel was clean and comfortable.

We were visiting our daughter who recently moved to McKinney. The staff was fabulous, helping out, being friendly every time we walked in. The hotel appears very new and well taken care of. Breakfast was available every morning and the staff again was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Tiffany and other staff were so kind to me and my husband when we fell ill on our trip to see family for Thanksgiving. They made it easy for us to keep extending our stay, gave us extra sanitizing wipes, and made sure we had everything we needed. We really appreciated the kindness!

I had the best stay at this TownePlace Suites. The facility is absolutely beautiful, and the staff is so amazing. The rooms are so modern and chic. The breakfast was beyond delish, especially the egg, spinach and Swiss cheese crustless quiche. I am leaving tonight, and booking my next stay here in McKinney, Texas. A special shoutout to Tiffany, for her outstanding customer service and highly-regarded professionalism. Also, thank you to Candy for a breakfast that keeps you coming back for more. Lastly, thank you Brian for ensuring my room was comfy and cozy. Until next time, I look to stay at this wonderful place.
