房間很乾凈，設備也都很新。酒店一層早上有cafe賣早餐及三明治等。
Park connection巴士可以直達，酒店離downtown的距離比想像中近。
接駁服務非常準時，如果有需要前往 Denali Bus Depot 接駁車也能順道中停。
另外如需前往Train station，行李可以直接拖運到終點站非常方便。

The location is good, very close to the National Park and visitor centre. It has a restaurant and coffee shop and a shuttle buses. The hotel is very aged, needs a full upgrade. The fan is very old and noisy. When the next door room using shower/toliet you can hear clearly. All the towels/sheets should be for many years without change, small,hard and in dirty colour. The back door has no lock, using a wooden stick instead. The cleaners and front desk are untrained, they gave us a wrong instruction to our tour and ended up we missed it. When we asked for a room service to a cleaner, 2 managers came in and asked why we needed a room service(we only need to have a new towels and get rubbish removed). We were charged $44 for a luggage transfer fees when we check out( we’re not told when we checked in).Compared with other hotels at this area, the price is much higher. Princess lodge cross road is a much better choice but it was full when we booked it

It's really bad! First of all, parking is very inconvenient. You can only park far away. After parking, you need to climb the hill to get back to the hotel. Then the room is very far from the lobby. If you have a lot of luggage, it will really kill you. Finally, the hotel has intermittent water outages. Generally, the water supply will be cut for ten minutes every ten minutes. When you go to the toilet, the water is cut off suddenly. You have to wait for the water to come back before you can flush. When you take a shower and wash your hair, the water is cut off. Then you have to dry your body and wait for the water to come back before washing your body. It's really a fighter among weird things!

All expectations were met and exceeded. Location great, vistas easy to get from train and they even provided great weather for us lol. The shuttle to all local activities runs well. Mountaineer restaurant on grounds well worth a visit. Staff could’t be better. Thumbs up.

Unfortunately Kensington Tours booked us in this property and did not reserve a premium room. The basic rooms are awful. Our room was dirty and tiny. There is no closet. The sink is in the room. We are traveling for two weeks including a cruise so we need a lot of luggage. With our luggage in the room there is barely room to turn around. Most of the electrical outlets could not charge phones. When we changed to go to bed we discovered a hardened blood stain on the sheets. As a result we slept fully clothed on the covers. This place is scary disgusting. On the other hand, the workers are very nice, pleasant and try their best, the views from the property are beautiful and the location is good. It does provide shelter, heat and running water. If you still choose to stay here make sure to stay in the upgraded rooms in the new building. I haven’t seen one of these rooms, but the buildings look nicer from the outside and I think they are larger.

The staff is friendly and the food at the Mountaineer is great. Do not stay at this hotel if you have any physical challenges. There are NO elevators. The rooms are in several buildings on a hill. No one offers to help bring your luggage to your room. There is a plumbing problem too. A foul odor when the water is run in the sink in room 2617. A foul odor walking by some buildings, and many of us waited a long time for hot water in the shower in several different rooms. The rooms are very dark.

Bare bones room with minimal amenities. There was no lotion, one hand towel, no daily cleaning or even trash service. $28 for a burger at the grill, $42 for ribs! The only good part was our luggage arrived directly to our room from the train and the shuttle service that was provided.

I wanted to give this motel a 5 because I love the location and it reminded me of camp since the buildings are separate and it’s on a hill. However I felt for the price they could have offered breakfast and the least have coffee in the lobby. Food options were scarce. They have a nice restaurant on site but it doesn’t open until 4 and it’s pricey. The other morning cafe on site had all grab-n-go very expensive options. The employees were knowledgeable and friendly. The rooms were clean and nice but didn’t have ac or any fans and your stuck with leaving the window open to hear the hwy trucks and light until midnight. I loved the shuttle service as it ran pretty much all day and took you down the hill and across to the park visitor center. I was also impressed with the baggage handling and train service.
