The main level features cathedral ceilings, a living room with a comfy sectional and a flat screen TV, kitchen, and dining area with seating for 8. The huge basement level game room is equipped with a gas fireplace, air hockey, a basketball game, a reclining sectional sofa and a flat screen TV. The back deck leads to a spacious private yard, where a fire pit is available for guests. You will feel like you're deep in the woods and connected to nature, all while being here at Massanutten Resort, the ideal setting for your family's next vacation. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths Bedroom 1: Downstairs, king bed, ensuite bath Bedroom 2: Downstairs, queen bed and full bed Bedroom 3: Upstairs, Two twin over full bunks Bedroom 4: Upstairs, king bed All linens for bedding, towels and washcloths are provided. Paper goods such as toilet paper and paper towels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cups, utensils, cookware, microwave, and coffee maker. All you need to do to get ready for your getaway is pack your clothes, toiletries and food. A laundry room with washer and dryer are available for guest use. The driveway fits 2-3 cars. SURROUNDING AREA Downtown Harrisonburg and James Madison University are 15 miles from our home. Explore the fantastic restaurants, museums and shops downtown. The Shenandoah Valley offers many attractions including caverns, wineries and breweries. The closest Shenandoah River access is only 10 miles from the house. Enjoy tubing and kayaking during warm weather. Additional House Rules Clean any spills up immediately No parties or events No illegal substances No eating or drinking in the bedrooms Furniture should not be re-arranged Please don't put food down the garbage disposal No smoking inside the house. Smoking in the house will incur a $750 fine. Smoking is allowed outside of the house, but all butts are to be cleaned up and safely removed This home has a gas grill - Charcoal is not allowed. If you use charcoal in the gas grill you will be billed for damages (including but not limited to a new grill.) If any items are unplugged from an outlet or device (like a tv), please be sure to plug it back in before checkout Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM during which time the noise from the house shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors Turn off all lights when leaving the property Please read the checkout instruction on the refrigerator and in the Welcome Book. Note that check out is at 10AM. Interior locked closets are off limits to guests Only registered guests are to be in the house Leave the doors and windows closed if the heat or AC is in use Trash must be taken to the dumpster near the house at check out. A minimum fee of $75 will be assessed if trash is not removed Pet Rules: - We are not able to host puppies under nine months old and/or any dog that is not housebroken. - Pet waste needs to be cleaned up promptly and disposed of properly. - Must be crated when in the house alone. - Stay off all furniture. - Must have advance notice of pet on property. - Can not be left alone outside Minimum age to book this property is : 25
