We stayed 1 night at this hotel. The hotel was clean, and the room was very large, with a sofa. The bed was very comfortable. There were a lot of children at the hotel which tended to make it a little noisy. We were on the 3rd floor. The hotel has 1 elevator. Woke up Sunday morning to a note on the elevator that said, "Out of order." Not a good move for the hotel. Just glad we were not on the 4th floor as it was bad enough going up and down the stairs with suitcases. The staff offered no explanation nor apology at check out. Also staff did not volunteer to assist moving suitcases. Attitude was like "deal with it." A good hotel, but lousy staff except the lady who does the breakfast. She was friendly, helpful and the food was good. Like the hotel, but won't use again because of the elevator and staff attitude.

The hotel stairwell, hallways, rooms, lobby, everything was clean, the beds comfy, air unit was perfect. The halls and stairwells even smelled and looked good. It took me a long time to find this hotel and after getting to it, I'm surprised and disappointed that it was only rated 2. I give it the highest marks all the way around!! Highly recommend!

This hotel was fantastic. The room was clean and the nicest we have stayed in the US. We stay at holiday inn express whenever we travel and the breakfast was the best organized we have experienced! All the food coverings and utensils could be handled with one hand while holding your plate in the other hand. The rate was less than the rate for a horrible experience we had the night before at Murfreesboro Holiday Inn Express where they advertise breakfast included but the “food truck doesn’t show up”.

Our goal was to get through Atlanta before stopping for the evening. We found the IHG in McDonough, right off 75 on 20. The hotel met and surpassed all of our needs. It was very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Our room had a fridge and microwave. The staff was excellent. The location was close to shopping the at least 3 midrange restaurants including Texas Roadhouse, Miller's Alehouse and Jim N Nick's Bar-B-Q. Breakfast was great. We do like Holiday Inn Express for general travel and this one just seemed to be exceptional. No complaints at all!!!

We have stayed at this property multiple times and we’ve always enjoyed our stay. This stay was very disappointing. The floors were not clean. We had no soap in our room, nor was there soap in the lobby bathroom. Our room was not very clean. There were stains on the comforter and shower curtain and dirty paper towels in the sink. I called the front desk around 11:30 pm to request something be done about the loud, screaming, cursing, running guests on our floor. The noise went on for another hour or two. The free breakfast has always been one of the reasons we choose this hotel. There was very little food available at 8:30 am. There was no cereal, milk, eggs, yogurt. There was very little variety available compared to what has been offered in the past. We will be looking for a new hotel chain in the future.

I had a very nice stay. I have no complaints on this stay because there is nothing I can complain of! I had a very clean room. The bed was very comfy and i slept very well. The floors are very clean and everything is dusted
