Great staff, particularly Andrea, who went out of her way to help us. Beds and pillows were very comfortable - better than home. No noise issues. The free breakfast had a nice variety of choices. Easy parking, convenient location, and the room was clean. We saw earlier reviews that complained about the quality of the towels, so we brought our own, but we needn't have bothered. Excellent experience and we will stay there again.

For a motel of its vintage it was in ok condition. In that respect it had improved from a visit a few years prior. In fact based on that I was reluctant to stay initially but other places in town that particular day were very pricey. As it turns out, the owner Satya was wonderful, like talking to an old friend. The food at breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Good value. Easy place to stay in a great town. As it turns out, a week or so later I stayed again as I found my way back into McCook.

This motel is very dated and just mediocre. Was booked for 2 nights, but checked out after one night ~ just not worth the price paid. Moved to a much better quality motel that I was able to book online for less $. The hot breakfast was welcome, but the gravy tasted "off", so was afraid to eat any of it.

Hotel staff was very nice and polite - room was clean with some updates done, good water pressure in shower. Beds were "ok" for comfort, I don't like the 4 small pillows, personal preference is 2; decent morning breakfast, very small breakfast area; I was on the ground floor, people upstairs were very loud. Updates were done, but not well, parking was difficult with a larger pickup. For the price it was good!

If you like 1) poor air conditioning in late June, 2) really smelly rooms, and 3) the rudest owners I’ve ever encountered, then this is the place for you. If not, then stay as far away as possible. “Machines break, it’s not our fault…” “There’s no smell here…” “I am the owner, YOU ARE NOTHING!” All direct quotes from the owners. We moved down the street to Cobblestone at midnight with a total refusal by owners for any refund. Fortunately we were able to call the credit card company to decline all charges.

New owners are very helpful and kind! They made sure every need was meet and went above and beyond. Rooms were clean and comfortable! Third time here and will continue to only use this hotel in the future!

The rooms are dated. Beds are uncomfortable. There’s holes in the walls. The front desk looks like there’s water damage on the ceiling. I haven’t seen a sink on carpet instead of tile with the toilet and shower. The toilet is very short and the tub is yellow. If I wasn’t having to stay due to a funeral nearby I would stay at the holiday inn just across the parking lot

The room was quiet and clean but paying $100 a night for antiquated fixtures, wonky bath controls and HVAC with broken controls is ridiculous. Upgrade the place, for crying out loud, especially the heating and air unit. I remember seeing these types of units in cheap motels 20 years ago.

We had an overall good experience, excellent breakfast, and the staff is very helpful pleasant and clean hotel bathtub is old but clean not much activity in the town but the food option is near walking distance.
