Lions Gate Hotel

Asianique was very helpful. Put us both at easy, after a very long drive. She fixed my mistakes making the reservations, with a smile and had us laughing at the end of check in. Explained everything, like our room location. Gave us towels for the pool. And showed us everything when needed and wanted to know for our stay. Very pleasant and engaging young lady. Give her a raise she definitely deserves one and a promotion. Your lucky to have her!

Everything is great. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Just the bed is a bit too soft. Also, please put two papers cups in the bathroom.

We stayed in a suit and it was horrible it was rundown duct tape was holding the carpet down paint was dirty just an all-around rundown hotel we didnt stay not one night went to a different place dont stay at the suites but the front desk was nice

My daughter's volleyball teammates had much better experiences at other hotels, we do not recommend staying here. There is no customer service at the front desk, they were all teenagers. We had a kitchenette suite with a pullout sofa. It only had a mini fridge and there were no plates, cups, utensils or pans so we couldn't use the kitchenette. The sofa bed had no sheets or blankets so we did not use that either. Three of us slept on one bed. We were surprised that they cleaned the room but they only provided 2 towels, we asked at checkin for towels and sheets and blankets and they NEVER came. We asked five more times for towels and finally were given 2 extra washcloths it was ridiculous. They never said that they were out of towels, they kept saying they would bring them over we kept waiting and waiting. My husband had to use my towel for the one shower he took over three days. We asked for a refund but the manager was never there. We were told a manager would call us but we never received a call. Also Saturday night a prom was held at the hotel and the parking lot was full so we had to park across the street and it didn't feel safe for my 13 year old to go to the pool or walk with her teammates as there were high schoolers drinking in the parking lot. Her team had to be at the tournament at 7 am so we did not get to eat breakfast at the hotel as it starts at 630. We travel a lot for the kids volleyball and basketball and this was the worst hotel experience we have ever had.

The little apartment style with the kitchenette was nice. Weird that you have to ask for kitchen items to utilize it. Bathroom vents dusty, moisture in the bathroom wall near the shower. Bed were comfy and breakfast was average.
