El hotel está bien, pero el olor de las habitaciones no es el mejor, las alfombras de los cuartos no están limpias. La ubicación es buena y en general bien pero si podrían mejorar eso y la limpieza de los aires acondicionados. El desayuno obviamente es muy limitado

Horrible Hotel. The Elevators were not working. I am a senior citizen with bad knees having to go up and down 3 flights of stairs with luggage and bags. I asked staff if they had a back up elevator that was working and they said no. I complained and they said was it not my fault and a tech has been called. Breakfast foods that are supposed to be hot were cold they don’t keep them hot. I got spits and spats of coffee because coffee pot was out of coffee and no staff member even bothered to say they were making a fresh pot. Tables were dirty because no staff member would clean tables so someone else can sit. Could not even take a cup of coffee to my room since coffeemaker in room was not working and had standing water inside it since it was not working. I guess housekeepers don’t clean the coffeemakers. The room was noisy you could hear the thumping of footsteps from above floor and there was a fight in the hallway with loud shouting. The bathroom door seamed to be installed backwards. It was an inconvenience trying to get in and out of bathroom since the refrigerator and microwave were right there. The pool was dirty and the hot tub had been drained so you could see the filth in hot tub. I am a member and have stayed at other La Quintas but had not had such a bad experience as this one. Maybe they need better staff that is more trained in customer service and not just say it’s not my fault.

Los elevadores no funcionaban y las escaleras de emergencia tienen algunos escalones en mal estado, todo lo demás estaba bien. Me gustaron los desayunos y en general la limpieza del hotel. La ubicación y el estacionamiento también están bien.
