This is the first time I have a bad experience, I forgot an ítem (very small by the way) in my room, so I called the front desk requesting for it, they told me that housekeeping had it, but they can only keep it for a week, and then they send it to goodwill, I find this rule very unflexible, at least they have to keep it for a month at least, they didn't care Im a very regular client, sometimes I checked in twice a month.

Habitación sucia, el desayuno insípido y grasiento, ruidoso y después de muchos años de hospedarme ahi, por primera vez pedí que me extendieran la salida media hora, y me cobraban $25 dólares más impuestos. Esta fué la última vez que me hospedo en un Crap Western!

Como cada viaje a esta ciudad reservamos una suite en este hotel ya que cuenta con todo lo necesario. Viaje familiar. Las suite son amplias con dos habitaciones y tipo cocineta con micro y minirefri. En observaciones pedí primer piso por problema de salud de columna y respetan lo cual se agradece mucho. El desayuno es rico huevo, frijoles, yogurth, waffles, frutas, pan y bebidas. Con linda alberca. Excelente ubicación cercana a centros comerciales y hospitales. Es un hotel limpio, tranquilo y su personal amable. Buen estacionamiento Como estoy registrada en su programa de miembro de puntos se esmeran en agradecer tu reserva y te hacen sentir valorada. Sin duda es mi hotel favorito en McAllen y lo seguiré visitando.
