We were on a business trip this weekend and stayed at the Aloft Hotel. The hotel was very clean and up kept. The area is nice, the staff was very professional and courteous. A young lady working the counter by the name of Rachel who checked us in is a great asset to the family there at the hotel she was very knowledgeable professional and very respectful.

Very clean! I would stay here over any other hotel! Rachel Cohen at check in was super nice! Residence inn by the expressway is gross, don’t stay there!

Aloft was a very friendly and clean place. Everything was excellent. The best part of our entire stay was the staff. Rachel who received us during check in was outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and respectful. Rachel made us feel welcomed and at home. She is a great asset to the aloft family.

This is the only hotel I stay in when going to McAllen. The accommodations are great. Everyone is helpful and friendly, Maria Labazante is AMAZING! She has knowledge of the area and has recommended great places to shop. I will be returning!!
