Our experience at Eden Highlands Hotel was exceptional! The staff was very helpful with our bags coming into the hotel each and every time we had to leave and return for our appointments. The breakfast was traditional African fare but the chef was more than happy to fix omelets and plain regular toast. We also ate dinner a couple of times and it was nice as well. Our room was great! the mattress was not too hard nor too soft, the linens were perfectly pristine! The air conditioner was a wonderful treat after the very hot outdoor temperatures of our meetings. When our flight was delayed, the manager was so kind and allowed us to have a late checkout and to hang around the hotel until closer to time to leave for the airport.
