We lezen nu pas de reviews van 2019 en wij hebben moeten vaststellen dat er niks is veranderd, conclusie: in mei moet je niet gaan, want dan zijn ze alleen bezig voor de gasten van het hoog seizoen. Bij aankomst donderdag werd ons gezegd dat het strand wegens storm daags ervoor niet bereikbaar was .... 24u later stelden we vast dat dit wel mogelijk was voor een exclusief feestje waar hotelgasten "uiteraard" uit geweerd werden. Diezelfde avond trouwens ook nog een andere party in de lobby, die het (hulpvaardig) personeel zodanig onder druk zette, dat de hotelgasten verwaarloosbaar werden gesteld. En, oh ja; 1) de badkamer stonk naar "het putteken" 2) de koffie is er nog steeds niet te drinken 3) het ontbijt is er prima 4) het personeel van het restaurant gaat er met je bord van door als je nog aan het nagenieten bent van een heerlijk sausje op je bord 5) de kamers zijn best wel OK 6) het hotel is ergens in de jaren 70 blijven hangen, voor mij niets verkeerd, maar onderhoud hoort er dan ook wel bij !

Hotel datato, arredo classico e non di qualità, pulizia mediocre, letti comodi, stanza spaziosa ma a piano terra senza zanzariere abbiamo ritrovato insetti in camera dopo aver aperto per arieggiare. Biancheria super datata e obsoleta anche se apparentemente pulita. Discreta la colazione e varia, hotel dotato di piscina ( non pulitissima) e aperta fino alle 17 che per noi in Sicilia è appena pomeriggio…scarsissima disponibilità del personale a venire incontro ad esigenze anche semplici per i bambini. Scarsa anche l’offerta “pranzo” da poter consumare al beach bar e anche lì spiccava la scortesia e la quasi totale mancanza di garbo da parte della signora addetta a prendere le comande. Non ci tornerò assolutamente!

Nuestra estadía en el Hotel Caparena fue maravillosa. Los jardines del hotel están hermosamente diseñados y cuidados al detalle, aportando una sensación de tranquilidad y belleza en cada rincón. La pileta, amplia y bien mantenida, fue perfecta para disfrutar y relajarse después de un día de paseo. También queremos destacar la atención en el bar, donde siempre nos atendieron con amabilidad, rapidez y una excelente disposición. El desayuno fue uno de los puntos más destacados: muy completo, con productos frescos y una gran variedad para todos los gustos, servido en un ambiente relajado con una vista encantadora. Las vistas al mar desde el hotel son realmente espectaculares, y tener acceso directo a la playa hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más especial. En resumen, un lugar ideal para descansar, disfrutar y dejarse mimar en el entorno único de Taormina.

Hôtel très bien situé à proximité de Taormine. Très propre, très beau jardin. Piscine agréable et le must, accès à la plage. Voie ferrée à proximité mais pas gênant. Chambre très bien, upgradee car fin de saison. Petit déjeuner délicieux et copieux. Le must, la navette gratuite pour aller et venir de Taormine. Top!

This hotel was very nice with an impressive lobby and was right on the beach. You just walk outside and down a short set of stairs, and you are on the beach. The room was a good size with plenty of space, a desk, a chair, an additional comfortable chair and footstool and enough closet space and a safe. The bathroom was a good size, and everything looked new and clean. The balcony overlooking the water was very nice as well, of course. We were with a group and ate breakfast and dinner here. The breakfast buffet was great with plenty of choices. Dinner was also very good with an amazing cannoli dessert. The beach is a rock beach and so you’ll need shoes to walk on it – but it is very beautiful.

Bonjour, j’ai déjà laissé un avis sur les repas, et là je reviens parce que j’ai été volé de sous-vêtements, de très bonnes marques, donc, chers. Et ça, c’est vraiment intolérable ! Donc, Mesdames, faites attention, car il y a des vols dans les chambres. Je ne pensais pas qu’il fallait mettre les sous-vêtements dans mon coffre fort. C’est insupportable. Je déconseille cet hôtel.

L’hotel ha una posizione strategica, Taormina è raggiungibile con la loro navetta gratuita previa prenotazione. Il lido raggiungibile a piedi che si trova nella spiaggia davanti l’hotel è molto pulito e vi è la possibilità di pranzare. La nostra camera aveva una vista mozzafiato e una Iacuzzi. La colazione molto varia e il personale di Sala professionale e gentile. Torneremo sicuramente
