The hotel was a distance from Taormina town but the shuttle service was excellent, thank you Salvatore & co.
The reception was well tended and the reception staff were always available to answer questions and recommend good restaurants in town.
The room had a great view of the sea. The room was clean thanks to the team of Chambermaids.
The food in the restaurant was delicious and the bar was fully stocked. The staff, especially Adriano, Gian Luca and Fabrizio were very accommodating and always found time to chat with customers.
Will definitely go back one day

L’hotel ha una posizione strategica, Taormina è raggiungibile con la loro navetta gratuita previa prenotazione. Il lido raggiungibile a piedi che si trova nella spiaggia davanti l’hotel è molto pulito e vi è la possibilità di pranzare. La nostra camera aveva una vista mozzafiato e una Iacuzzi. La colazione molto varia e il personale di Sala professionale e gentile. Torneremo sicuramente

Hotel trovato per caso, avevo letto qualche recensione che parlava di hotel datato e colazione povera. L hotel è curato e molto pulito, forse c è qualcosa da modernizzare per essere un 4 stelle,tipo le porte più moderne, togliere la moquette dai corridoi, visto che c è un pavimento stile cotto, bello a mio avviso. La colazione è sempre la stessa ma è ricchissima: dolci tipici, dolci alla frutta, cornetti vari gusti, bombette alla crema, ciambelle americane mignon, pane, cereali, frutta, yogurt, marmellata, mozzarella, pomodori, cetrioli, salumi, uova…non manca niente. Il ristorante ha prezzi alla carta buoni e cibo di qualità. La palestra ha tanti attrezzi, il parcheggio è comodo e anche il servizio navetta per arrivare a Taormina per il passeggio…lido pulito e comodo da raggiungere. Unica pecca è che secondo me il prezzo per una camera superior vista mare.. è un po’ alto per com’ è la stanza e per il concetto di vista mare…avrei almeno incluso il frigobar nel prezzo. Ma tutto sommato Bell albergo…ideale per rilassarsi

Location was close to town and the hotel provided a shuttle to Taormina town center. Private beach. Not easy to walk places. A ride was needed to go anywhere. Beautiful hotel. Dinner menu in the restaurant was limited and the only option near or at the hotel. Breakfast was amazing. Many choices.

My husband and I attended a wedding at this Hotel.
The place is beautiful! There is a shuttle to take you down town.
Food at the wedding was amazing!

Hotel ottimo. Pulitissimo. Struttura ben mantenuta. Camere spaziose. Colazione varia e di qualità. Personale gentilissimo, in particolare gli addetti alla reception. Offre molteplici servizi gratuiti dal parcheggio, al servizio spiaggia, alla navetta per salire in città. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Lo frequentiamo da decenni e non ci ha mai deluso, anzi ci siamo trovati sempre meglio. Consigliatissimo

Wij hadden 13 nachten gereserveerd maar zijn na 9 nachten vertrokken. We zijn echt geen verwende reizigers die op alle slakken zout leggen, maar als je van de 9 nachten 5 nachten herrie hoort van live bands en dj's die tot 1.00 uur geluidoverlast veroorzaken in de tuin aangrenzend aan onze slaapkamer vanwege bruiloften die daar werden gehouden, dan is het erg moeilijk om tot rust te komen. Probeer maar eens in slaap te komen midden in een discotheek. Diverse keren aangegeven dat we hier erg veel last van hadden. Toen werd ons heel geïrriteerd duidelijk gemaakt dat alle hotels evenementen hebben. m.a.w. niet zeuren en accepteer het maar. Erg jammer dat je bij Caparena niet wordt gehoord als gast. Niet 4 sterren waardig om meerdere redenen die ik hier echter niet omschrijf.
