My wife and I had a memorable weekend stay during June 2025 at the Intercontinental Mzaar hotel. The hotel is in excellent condition, super clean and with great facilities. The service is outstanding. We enjoyed resting and swimming in the outside pool then had a great hike up the mountains in late afternoon (the hotel location is great allowing all types of summer activities). The serenity, calm and views in the hotel gardens are rejuvenating. The breakfast is excellent with a great selection and a very attentive and kind staff. The hotel is definitely extremely well run. It seamlessly blends the sophistication and global standards you would expect from the Intercontinental brand with the charm, intimacy, and personalized touches of a boutique hotel offering a uniquely elevated and memorable stay. We look forward to stay again at this hotel.

Property and facilities are beautiful. However, parking lot workers are trying to scam foreigners. Unfortunately, this ruined what would have been a wonderful experience. I will never return to this hotel because of this and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. It truly is a shame.

Hôtel qui ne mérite pas ses 5 étoiles : le bruit est omniprésent et permanent. Évitez absolument les chambres du premier étage, où l'on entend le bruit du lobby jusque tard. Le petit déjeuner est correct, sans plus. Le restaurant principal ressemble plus à une cantine scolaire qu'à un restaurant d’hôtel 5 étoiles. Le spa n'est pas des plus accueillants, et partiellement hors service. En réalité, la localisation au pied des pistes de ski et la présence de services de location de matériel sont les seuls atouts de cet hôtel.
