Excellent service, the rooms are well furnished, perhaps they need a little attention in the showers, but the price-quality ratio is a good option.

The hotel is very basic and the room is a little small but breakfast is rich and very well varied. It is the first Ibis that has very good variety in breakfast, is very complete. The truth was taken out a 10 with breakfast

The location is in front the Mazatlan Malecon, near to the beach, crossing the street, the pool has a good shape and clean, the breakfast is simple but delicious and the room has the enough to rest.

Excellent attention and service from the staff! Facilities in good condition. Perfect beach view. They are two buildings, only some rooms have balconies. The pool is fine, with one deep area and one that is not so deep. The palapas by the pool are a restaurant. The beach area in front of the hotel is allowed for hotel guests only, which is cool.

An inconvenience with cleaning but solved by the staff. Excellent service.

Very basic, but appropriate and expected for the price. The extra, unexpected bonus was the thoughtfulness and kindness of the very young lady on Reception during day-times. She lifted the experience from ”ordinary” to ”special”.
