The staff is very attentive, the facilities are in good condition although they could be improved. The buffet breakfast could have more variety since some dishes were repeated every day. The location is excellent, close to the Marina, the Malecón and you can easily reach the main tourist attractions. Good hotel.

Terrible. El hotel se promueve con publicidad engañosa. Es sucio y le falta mantenimiento. En el área de alberca solo hay 7 sombrillas útiles, los camastros están rotos, los jardines (escasos) sin cuidados, es muy hostil. Las habitaciones sucias, las toallas con agujeros, el lavabo tapado, las almohadas malísimas. Los empleados del mostrador prepotentes e ineptos, salvo el joven que resguarda las maletas. El desayuno incluido deja mucho que desear. Vamos es una porquería para lo que cobran.

Un señor de vigilancia de lentes estatura baja muy atento y amable igual una señora de limpieza de lentes que se encuentra en lobby, es incómodo que se encuentren remodelando ya que los empleados que están construyendo están por todos lados solo viendo de manera incómoda y no es posible estar cómodo en la alberca por el día
