Pésimo servicio de la chica de recepción, dice. Que ofrecen cabañas con servicio de hotel cosa que es mentira, toallas rotas, las amenidades cerradas, dijeron que porque estaba lloviendo pero de los 3 días que estuve no hubo ninguna lluvias. Al hacer check out te hacen ir nuevamente a la cabaña por el control cosa que no te mencionan al check-in

Si tienes la oportunidad de visitar este lugar desperdíciala, las cabañas son súper básicas y súper descuidadas por el precio puedes encontrar algo mucho mejor, pésimo servicio al cliente, la cama está horrible súper vieja y aguada, las toallas súper desgastadas, para ser una “Cabaña Suite” el nombre le queda muy grande no cuenta ni siquiera con una pequeña cocina es únicamente una revisa con una cafetera horrible…. Enserio no vengan yo estoy atrapado aquí y me quedaré porque ya pagué pero jamás volvería o recomendaría este lugar

We've been going to this hotel for many years now and we've been witnesses to it's decay. The cabin we were assigned to was #3 I got my slippers wet and found out the water was comming from the toilet some guys were sent to check but did not fix the issue and left us with a mop. there were spiderwebs (they look pretty old) all over the bathroom and the jacuzzi area, The faucet was falling off and overol it felt dirty. Over the lake there's a little dock and it's missing some wooden boards already, plastics bottles all moldy already were in the water, the plants were over grown. I know we're going to get a forest experience but for the price I'll expect to have a beatiful, clean place to stay and to be calling the desk service all the time

Desagradable situación la que tiene ese hotel, mala atención, la cabaña en pésimo estado, sucias, llenas de insectos, huelen horrible, definitivamente no las recomiendo en ningún sentido, el precio es bastante alto para lo que recibes. Las áreas verdes más o menos decentes. La casa del árbol llena de hongos y suciedad, perros sueltos por todos lados. No sería una opción nuevamente para nosotros. Y por favor FUMIGUEN es muy peligroso la cantidad de arañas e insectos que tienen.

Un buen hotel con cabañas de diferentes tamaños, las cuales cuentan con material necesario para cocinar, cuenta con chimenea, leña y apoyo para encender la misma (en caso de requerirlo). Muchas áreas verdes.

Les cuento mi experiencia con este hotel de montaña que al reservar te pones puras fotos de cabañas y atu llegada te dan una simple abitacion de la cual su limpieza es extremadamente pésima no sacan ni la basura los balconer super susios la ropa de cama no lacambian despues de cada reserva muchas personas quejandose por en supuesto mal entendido ellos argumentando que fue nuestro error al leer las indicaciones yegan las familias con sus viveres por que se supones que reservastes una cabaña y no es asi total cero recomendable información engañosa de su página

Las cortinas estaban súper sucias. Sin dudarlo tienen meses sin lavarlas. Las frazadas olían mal, igual algunos cojines de las camas. Lo comenté en recepción y tal cual, su respuesta fue: 'Ah, ok...' No les importó en lo más mínimo. Creo que es algo importante que no deberían tomar a la ligera.

La estancia en Bosque Escondido fue muy buena, el lugar, la atención, el costo. Lo recomiendo totalmente. Es un lugar muy tranquilo, super ideal para disfrutar en pareja o en familia. Las áreas verdes están muy cómodas para hacer actividades recreativas, y la casita del árbol muy bonita.

Cabañas de lujo y muy cómodas, nuestra cabaña tenía jacuzzi, chimenea, television por cable un pequeño Frigo bar, todo lo necesario para pasar un excelente fin de semana en pareja, las vistas que tiene la cabaña son muy bonitas y relajantes y desconectarte de la ciudad
