We stayed in the hotel for a few days for a family wedding. Hotel was great overall, but what really pleased us was the kids club. What an amazing service to have in a hotel! Our little boy had an absolute blast both morning and evening. He was picked up from his room for breakfast every morning by kids club, and then brought from there to the swimming pool for an hour! Evening kids club involved loads of fun - colouring, nature walks and watching movies. Special shout out to Siobhan who works in kids club! A lovely lady and brilliant with the kids. My son was very upset leaving. Would highly recommend the Westport Woods hotel to any families going on hols with kids - parents get to have a little break whilst their kids are well looked after in kids club! We will definitely be back :)

Stayed here four nights on a coach trip. Beautiful room, clean and well equipped and a king size bed each! We had dinner and breakfast, both of which were delicious and the service exemplary. All the staff were friendly and pleasant but a special shout out to Kay and Aidan. Kay is an asset to the hotel who goes over and above to ensure everyone has the best time! Gave us so much advice on what to do and see in the area. Aidan told us the best places to go in Westport for the music and the craic. Highly recommend this hotel.

This is our second time back to the Westport Woods hotel this year. We stayed for 3 nights this time as the kids loved it so much last time! We were part of a big group of family members and our 2 kids (4 & 7 years), including my elderly father who uses a wheelchair. Our kids absolutely loved the daily kids club — thanks especially to Siobhan, whose energy and creativity made every day special. From arts and crafts to imaginary play sessions and outdoor play, Siobhan ensured there was never a dull moment. Our 2 kids went swimming every morning with the kids club for an hour, this was fantastic as the parents could go for a swim and use the sauna and jacuzzi while the kids were being looked after in the pool, playing games and swimming. Siobhan was exceptional — warm, energetic, caring and full of fun. She is a natural with the kids, they instantly warmed to her. We also met 2 new staff members Anne-Marie & Saoirse, who were also excellent with the kids. In the evening at 6pm, the kids could have dinner with the kids club leaders and other kids, which they loved. Afterwards, they went down to a huge room with toys, games and arts and crafts and played for an hour or so. From 8-10pm, the kids could also watch a movie. This meant we could have dinner in the restaurant and relax for a while- a win/win! We can’t recommend this hotel enough. The staff are so friendly, polite, helpful and welcoming. Another huge thanks to Kay at front of house who made our stay extra special, going above and beyond for us all. She looked after my elderly Dad so well and ensured he had everything he needed. Thank you all so much again, we’ll be back again soon!

Just back from a very enjoyable extended family gathering in the Westport Woods hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and the food very good. Thanks to Annette for looking after us.

I have an amazing experience this evening in the woods bar, the staff were excellent and very accommodating, I love a good margarita cocktail and a young lady working behind the bar (katelyn) I believe went out of her to ensure it was right up there with some of the fanciest places I’ve drank in. Had a good bit of banter and informed of all Westport has to offer, this girl truly made my short stay at the woods 11 out of 10. If only all hospitality staff in Ireland could reach this standard. I would 100%recommend and will definitely return
