The castle hotel is magnificent and has first-class service. I have seen the top traditional luxury and warm service of Ireland in this hotel, which has expanded my life experience. It is impeccable. All the tableware used for breakfast is exquisite silver. The service staff is super professional and enthusiastic, making people feel cared for and respected. Absolutely full marks, looking forward to coming again!

I felt like I was missing the magic of Ireland until we got to Ashford castle the last few nights of our two weeks in the country. Of course there was the beauty and luxurious accommodations, but what really captured our hearts was the down-to-earth friendliness and "Irish-ness" of the staff, the local guides on the morning walks, and the nearby village of Cong. Our stay was comfortable, relaxed, and eye-opening (learned so much about the massive trees in the forest and about Irish wolfhounds!). Breakfasts were delightful, guests know they are in a special place and so are easy to talk with, and the history of the place allows your imagination to soar!

It’s simply spectacular! The minute you arrive, you feel welcomed. From Frank, at the door, Angelica at the reception, to Michael at the concierge desk, they make you feel that you are part of the “family”. We have stayed at beautiful hotels all over Europe, but this is absolutely my favorite! We will be back. Thank you!

Wow. Just wow. Definitely one of the top 5 places that I have ever stayed at. From the minute you arrive you feel like royalty. The staff is incredible. We had Megan help with check in and she was a dream. She definitely went above and beyond to make our stay 5⭐️. We ate at the Drawing Room for lunch one of the days and the club sandwich was out of this world. The Afternoon Tea in the Connaught Room was every girls dream. And breakfast in the King George V room was incredible—the ham was divine. We did the Falcon Walk and that was one of the most amazing things I’ve ever experienced in my life. I’d recommend that to anyone coming. Spa treatments were great. Boat cruise was fantastic! I wish I was still there….all a dream!

Highly recommend!!!! This place is amazing. The grounds are beautiful and the castle is something out of a child’s fairy tale book. The staff are so friendly and make you feel like royalty. The food is out of this world. Everything we ate was exceptional with a high attention to detail.

Ashford Castle is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed. It is like walking into history with the suits of armor, gorgeous paintings, gold table ware and elegance. Our room was amazing and the bed was so comfortable.. The dinning experience was out of this world. There are so many wonderful things to see and do around the grounds also. We highly recommend booking the Falconry experience.
