Best Mayfield Heights Hotels

I found this hotel to be an incredibly good value. I don't know what the normal rate is as I stayed here in April 2020 during the pandemic. The room was a queen suite that was set up excellent. The bed and bath area are out of the way compared to the rest of the room so space use is extremely efficient. The decor was very nice with carpeted floors and some tasteful artwork on the walls. There was high quality rich looking desk in the room and also a small comfortable sofa. The staff was very pleasant as well. With no access to the restaurant and workout area, I could not take advantage of all the facilities . I forgot to mention the free laundry room as well. I recommend this place very highly.

The city center is too crowded, it is convenient to go anywhere here, go to the center of Cleveland and the Chinese supermarket Chinese restaurant gathering area for about 15 minutes, covered by a quilt is not a blanket.

The surrounding green environment is very good, the Italian restaurant is quite authentic

Was a good hotel but a little bit far and they do not have a bar open on the nights for dinner

The hotel has very good breakfasts. Clean, staff always ready to help. Quiet. Nice pool. We liked! They even extended the room for a day!

Nice hotel with friendly staff who where happy to help, Good breakfast options & a steak house restaurant attached for dinner if you want, otherwise there’s a lovely Chinese restaurant across the road & a convenience service station pretty much on your door step. Easy Uber into the city & airport. Enjoyed my stay.

Literally perfect. For the same exact price you can't beat the features and luxurious feel of Home2 Suites. (by Hilton-Cleveland Beachwood) Pros: - The bed was unbelievably comfortable. The rooms are incredibly spacious and have a very modern/luxe feel to them! (Can't stress enough how there truly isn't anything even comparable or as nice as this place... *& I have been to a LOT of hotels as I travel for my career.) - Rooms are sealed every day after a (clearly very thorough) sanitization/cleaning process. - Staff was very welcoming at the front desk, as was the housekeeper on the fourth floor, every day; they all had a smile on their face and actually engaged in more than the benign platitudes of business culture... Cons: I can't buy a king suite as an apartment and live here. I want to live here but this is a hotel, not an apartment.. I have to go home and leave this fantastical-cozy-cute-beautifully-blissful place.

Great value for the price. Got a queen suite with a small kitchenette. Bathroom sink barely worked, only a slight trickle of water came out, but at least there was a fully functioning kitchen sink. Toilet flush handle was broken when we first arrived but they did fix it promptly once we brought it to their attention. Bed mattress was fairly comfy. Front desk staff was attentive for the most part. Kitchen wares such as pots and pans, plates, silverware, cutting boards, etc. were available for loan which was a nice amenity. However, I had some trouble getting one of the burners on the stove to work. Rooms were fairly clean but could use an update. Elevators were dirty though, trash and dust all over the floors of them. Laundry facilities were decent and had many washers and dryers available in good condition. Exercise room was small but decent. No weights though, just an elliptical, treadmill, and spin bike. It was open 24/7 though which was cool. Also, they advertise breakfast, but all they have is shitty coffee in the early mornings that quickly runs out.

This hotel is located right next to a really nice mall that has literally any kind of food or product anyone could look for and it was a very nice reasonably priced hotel
